Jeff joined Action Drill & Blast in 2011 and has more than 30 years of industry experience, including his previous roles with Action Drill & Blast as Asset Manager and Area Manager. His technical knowledge and project management experience are highly valued.
Paul joined Action Drill & Blast as part of the Leadership team when the business was established in 2010. With over 30 years drill and blast management experience, within Australia and South America, Paul has held management positions with Tier 1 mining companies and large drill and blast contractors. Paul holds Diplomas in Management and Surface Operations along with a Restricted Quarry Manager’s Certificate.
Scott joined Action Drill & Blast in 2016. He has over 25 years of industry-related experience in drill and blast, exploration drilling and maintenance activities within Australia, Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East.
Damien joined Action Drill & Blast when the business was established in 2010. He has over 20 years of experience in the management of large-scale civil and mining drill and blast operations.
Damien holds a Western Australian Quarry Manager’s Certificate.
Aron joined Action Drill & Blast in April 2020. He has over 10 years’ experience in HSE roles within the mining and civil construction industries.
Aron holds a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and formal qualifications in event investigation, HSEQ Management System auditing and injury management
Stephen joined Action Drill & Blast in 2010 with more than ten years of experience in drilling and blasting operations across quarrying, mining and civil construction sectors throughout Australia. Prior to his current appointment, Stephen held a number of roles related to Project Management, Technical Services and Estimating. Stephen holds a Diploma in Engineering & Mine Surveying.
Peter joined Action Drill & Blast in September 2018, he has held senior finance roles in construction, facility services and resource industries throughout the UK and Australia. Peter holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Management Control, is a qualified accountant and holds a Masters in Finance.
Jeff Anthes joined ADB in 2018 with more than 25 years’ experience in equipment maintenance and asset management in the mining environment. As Asset Manager, Jeff is always looking to deliver safety, efficiency and cost reductions whilst ensuring the fleet delivers high availability and performance.
Oliver has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, with a background in drill and blast, commercial project delivery and business development. He works across a wide range of commodities and operations, applying a practical, client-focused approach to contract management, project optimisation and service delivery to support Action Drill & Blast’s strategic and sustainable growth.
